Alphabet Soup!! We used the letters of the Alphabet to Spell Both AOs and complete the Exercises that were listed for each letter.
consisting of: Burpees, Squats, jogging in place, Squat jumps, Step ups, planks, . We finished with two, two minute exercises of 50 hand release murkins and 50 Butterflysit ups to Encourage our go ruck challenge brothers going to DC. We then did our 6 minutes of Mary and then moseyed back to the Flag for our COT. Followed by Q-Source at a Local diner done by Dr. Luck andLong Haul. Great Job Men!! Thanks for letting me lead.
