Warm-o-rama.  Small Arms circles, Huggy-Bears, Peter Parkers, Abe Vigodas, Lunges, Grass Pickers, Shoulder Taps, Merkins, some other stuff.

Draw bricks from mobile storage unit; all of us were nicked-up in various ways, so a slow mosey to pavilion doing arm swings with bricks.

The Thang.

Round One: Reverse crunches OYO x 20; Merkins IC x 10; Pull-ups OYO/OBE paying attention to form (Milestone crushed it); External Rotations with bricks x 20; Dips x 20; Squats x 20; Lying Hip Extensions x 20; Calf Raises x 20 each leg.

Round Two: LBCs IB x 10; Decline Merkins IC x 10; Seated Reverse Flys with bricks x 20; Lateral Raises with bricks x 20; Full Elevation Dips x 20; Split Squats with bricks x 20 each leg; American Hammer with bricks IC x 10.

Slow mosey with arms swings back to lot.  Return bricks to mobile storage unit.

Lessons Learned: For me, this is where F3 pays dividends.  I wasn’t much into a beat down this morning.  Tired and a stiff back.  I think that no one else was much into it.  But we had all said to ourselves we would show up and do something to the best of our ability.  If this isn’t yet “Men who mean just what they say,” it’s headed in that direction.
