The Grill finally commenced its first workout of 2022! Just one month late. The previous Saturdays we either cancelled due to illness or weather or opted to do a starsky-style coffeeteria instead of braving single digits. Nonetheless we stayed connected and prioritized the 2nd F over the 1st F!
Today two intrepid FNGs made their debut at the Grill…in the middle of winter!! Impressive.

Warm-a-rama: mosey down the street and circle up for Arm Circles, Lunges, Abe Vigoda, Imperial Walkers, Plank Jacks, BSE; mosey back to the bandstand with Side Shuffles, Butt Kickers, and High Knees along the way.

COT: Our FNGs were named; prayers for Pocahontas’s niece who is battling lymphoma, prayers for Ditto’s mother-in-law with Covid; prayers for Potsie’s travel home, Ringworm’s full recovery from knee surgery, and Pork Chop’s back.
We all went to Four Twelve for coffeeteria and some good fellowship. It was great to back at the Grill and off to a great year.
