Chilly and dark, but dry.  Two out of three ain’t bad.

Two for EBS.  Ran 20-25 minutes at a leisurely pace owing to my back troubles.  (Old laundry injury.)

Warm-o-rama: Neck rolls; Trunk rolls; Overhead claps; Abe Vigodas; Parker Peters; Shoulder Taps; Cincinnati Toy Soldiers; Grass pickers; Merkins; Mountain climbers. IC x 10 on most.

Ran a lap around the parking lot.

Run two down and backs.
