Hamburger Fest day in town! 11 PAX moseyed to death valley for warm-a-rama.
Pre-thang: handicap parking spaces next to the pool, pax paired up. One runs to the playground, does 5 pullups, runs back. Partner does flutter kicks until he returns. Two rounds. Next to the pavilion and same thing but with step-ups and 10 under dogs.
The Thang: Each corner of the basketball court was labeled with an exercise

Pax split into 4 groups, each going to a separate corner. Started by performing 7 reps at your station, then run to next station until back to where you started. At that point 14 each. Then 21. Back to 14. 7 again. It was harder than it sounds.
Mosey to the band stand for MARY and dealers choice. Yes, there was balls to the wall!
