We had a change of venue due to the weather. I quickly printed out a past weinke and headed out. We met at The Grill instead of Pork Chop’s farm. 6 Pax posted though Picohontas swung by Pork Chop’s farm first because of a miscommunication and Pork Chop joined us a few minutes late because of a phone call.
The warm up: Abe Vigodas, Imperial walkers, Calf stretches, Plank jacks, and Best stretch ever. We then moseied back to the bandstand where we picked up Pork Chop and Picohantas.
The Thang: 5 over 5: 5 exercise blocks, 5 exercises per block, 5 sets each, one cardio
