We had a change of venue due to the weather. I quickly printed out a past weinke and headed out. We met at The Grill instead of Pork Chop’s farm. 6 Pax posted though Picohontas swung by Pork Chop’s farm first because of a miscommunication and Pork Chop joined us a few minutes late because of a phone call.  

The warm up: Abe Vigodas, Imperial walkers, Calf stretches, Plank jacks, and Best stretch ever. We then moseied back to the bandstand where we picked up Pork Chop and Picohantas. 

The Thang: 5 over 5: 5 exercise blocks, 5 exercises per block, 5 sets each, one cardio

Set 1: 5 Merkens, 10 LBC, 15 Squats, 20 Plank jacks, 25 SSH

Mosey to the dumpster and NUR back

Set 2:  5 Wide Merkin, 10 American hammers, 15 Alternating Reverse Lunges, 20 Mountain Climbers, 25 Overhead claps

Mosey to dumpster and side shuffle back

Set 3: 5 Burpees, 10 Box cutters, 15 Heal Raises, 20 Forward Lunge, 25 Imperial Walkers

Mosey to dumpster and something back

Set 4: Mosey, 5 Derken, 10 Flutter kicks, 15 Dips, 20 Peter Parkers, 25 Step ups
