2 for easy breezy ruck.

Disclaimer was accepted by all and a new adventure began.  Warmup consisted of small arm circles, raise the roof, higgy bears, grass pickers, Imperial walkers, Moroccan night clubs, overhead claps, neck rolls, leg over hamstring stretches, monkey humpers, and WGS.

The Thang: in honor of YHCs late sister’s birthday this workout was created. It included 4 rounds of exercises totaling 42 with a carry MOT of 42 yards after each.

Carry MOT options included: Farmers carry, Burden carry, Rifle carry, and Fireman’s carry

Round 1:

12x burpees OR blockees (some PAX accelerated and did both)
12x squats
12x deadlifts
12x V-ups
12x SSH

Round 2,3,4:

10x burpees OR blockees (some PAX accelerated and did both)
10x squats
10x deadlifts
10x V-ups (optional change to BBS)         10x SSH

Merry was dealers choice.

Countarama and Namearama followed by announcements and COT. Wild turkey trot and beer and book exchange mentioned. Prayers raised up to finish. It was an honor to lead.
