Five HIM took the DRP to workout on a rainy Saturday morning. We dashed to the bandstand where we stayed for the entire workout. YHC is getting over a head cold and didn’t want to push it by running around in the rain or even drizzle.
Warm-a-rama: SSH, bat wings — forward, backward, overhead claps, Grass Pickers, Imperial Walkers, BSE, Calf Stretch, Mountain Climbers
The Thang — 12 Days of Christmas: complete each “day’s” exercise (reps = day) plus each of the prior exercises

We had 15 minutes to spare so started to work our way back down. We completed the entire 12 days and 11 days with a few variations of exercises along the way
