7 PAX initially posted for a warm Tuesday afternoon workout.  During the warm-a-rama, the General drove up to harass us but then joined us.

Warm-a-rama: mosey down the river trail and circle up for Arm Circles, Huggy Bears, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Cobra/Shoulder Stretch, BSE, Plank Jacks

Mosey back to the shovel flag

The Thang:

10 sets of exercises starting with 100 reps down to 10 reps reducing by 10 each set for a total of 550 reps
