Part 3: Two Man Team Circuit. (2 rounds)
ROUND 1: Man 1 – runs around the band shell. Man 2 – starts merkins stop @ 100.

ROUND 2: Man 1 – runs around the band shell. Man 2 – starts squats stop @ 200.

ROUND 3: Man 1 runs around the band shell. Man 2 – starts LBC top@ 300.

Part 4: Mother on Mary – dealer’s choice

Part 5:  Field of Dreams –bear crawl to 1st, lunch walk to 2nd, crab walk to 3rd, high knees to home, 15 burpees
