April Quarterly Fitness Assessment

Warmarama: neck rolls, arm circles, trunk rolls, side lunges, Abe Vigodas, monkey-humpers, side-straddle hops, hurdlers stretch, warm-up burpees (courtesy of Cratchet & Uptown Girl)

Mosey to the pavillion (short or long), partnered up.  Maximum reps to failure in 2-minute intervals:  Merkins, squats, burpees, sit-ups, pull-ups

Gratitude was expressed for Uptown Girl being there to be Tree Hugger’s partner!  Lots of mumble-chatter commenting on form (or lack thereof) & encouraging partners to maximize their reps.

1 mile timed run:  although it wasn’t a competition TH definitely was pleased to extend ‘social distancing’ at the finish line 🙂
