The Thang: In recognition of Knievels 42nd birthday, our workout will revolve around 42 reps for each exercise. 2 sets of 21 Merkins, 21 Step Ups, 21 Dips, 21 Monkey Humpers (totalling 42 reps of each) After 1st and 2nd set, Pax took a lap around the park. Round 2: 42 Squats, 42 Sit-ups, 42 Lunges followed by a round of Motivators.

Mossy back to the flag pole for round of Mary. American Hammers, Scrunchy Frogs, J-Lo’s, Box Cutters.
