2 Minute drill. 5 stations ..#1).-a jump rope, 2)/3)-two cones with three exercises written on each cone..(do exercise of choice at that station) , 4)-a 34lbs back pack fo squats, and 5)-a forearm weight exercise.
Each pax started at a station and did the exercise for 2 minutes then moved to the next station until we completed all stations.
