The Thang “
Ran 3/4 miles to Catty park #2 started by doing the Squat and Murkins Challenge . We did 100 Squats, then We did the 100 Murkins with LBCs in between for resting
We then went over to the pull-ups bars for a 5 minutes time of continuous pull-ups and Carolina dry docks exercise ( for 5- minutes, )Each Pax had to knock out 5 pull-ups and 10 Carolina dry docks until the 5 minutes were up. We totaled just about 50 pull-ups and 100 dry docks ( give or take)
We Ran back to the Ranch and stopped at the shovel flag for 6 minutes of Mary
finishing up, we then got ready for the Q- Source. ( forgot the names and Countarama)
