Warm Up: The Fleetwood F3 Standard

The Thang:
Started with a 100 smoot run followed by nine exercises of 100 reps each ( SSH, Lunges, Merkins, LBCs, Mtn. Climbers, Flutters, Arm Raises, Squats, Oblique Crunches) with 100 smoot runs in between. Celebrated the end with 120 burpees split up between the Paxs that posted.

COT: Thanked the Lord for a healthy 2019 and prayed for continued health through 2020. Ask for his blessings and guidance for the new Annapolis F3 launch.
