Swamp 23

There was a strong showing of the PAX on May 23rd with 11.



Squats, arm circles, monkey humpers, plank jacks, Moroccan night clubs


The Thang:

Jump squats, merkins, lunges, plank stage traverse, burpees

Run a 1/4 mile lap, followed by wall work and Mike Tysons, run another 1/4 mile

Partner pull-ups; alone or with assist for cumulative of 50.

Mosey and ab circle
