The only thing colder than the frosty December air was the Q’s seemingly harsh workout plan. Unbeknownst to the PAX the workout plan was designed to keep them warm, fit and harder than the ice that lay around them.

  • high knees

  • planks w/ leg lifts
  • jump lunges
  • imperial walkers



  • Balls to the wall – shoulder press x 2
  • wall walkers
  • jump squats
  • mike tysons
  • wall squats + leg lifts x 2


  • derkin leg lifts
  • derkins
  • dips
  • reverse plan + leg lifts


  • ab circle


Saturday workout 7AM w/ the lovely and talented Uptown Girl (info to be emailed). Volunteer event at the Allentown Rescue Mission. Travel mercies for Boo-boo who is going to CA to visit family.
