SS hops, Abe Vagotas,  Murkins, Mountain climbers, shoulder taps in cadence. 10 Burpees, arm circles ( forward and back) , Huggy Bears OYO Moseyed around the park and back to the shovel flag.

”The Thang “

Circled Up by the shovel flag for two rounds of dealers choice exercises with the Qs choice exercise in between each pax’s workout choice. Moseyed to the pavilion for 10 count each dips on the bench then an ab exercise. Followed by a 10 count each of balls to the wall, worked in bear crawls, crab walks, crawl bears and inchworms for 20 yards.

Moseyed back to the shovel flag for 5 minutes of Mary.

CountOrama,  NameOrama, and Circle of trust.  Forest will be VQ in two weeks .
