Four PAX braved the icy roads to workout at the Trojan.  The two school teachers were taking advantage of their two-hour school delay.

Due to the icy conditions, we stayed undercover in the pavilion for the entire workout.

Warm-a-rama: Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Arm Circles, Sun Gods, Best Stretch Ever, Slow to Fast Mountain Climbers, Snake through pavilion – Side Shuffle, High Knees, Butt Kickers

4 minutes per exercise: 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second rest X 8 rounds

  • Burpees/60 second recovery
  • Lunges/60 second recovery
  • Interlude: Plank; Right Plank; Left Plank 30 seconds each
  • LBC/60 second recovery
  • SSH/60 second recovery
  • Dips (4 rounds)
