06-Aug-2019 Conditions: ~70F; Started dark, blessed to see the sun rise.

Started the workout with some joint warmups (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows & neck)


The warm-a-rama consisted of Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, and Toy Solider.

The Thang

Mossey to NE corner of park (.25m)

Pullups, reverse pullups (on swings) & triceps dips (two sets of max effort each)

Mossey back to the starting point (SW corner .25m)

Completed a set of Motivators (10-5), I was starting to lose folks at the 5 count


Now comes the visit from the local police dept. We thought the police officer was stopping by just to say hello, but no. He was following up on a complaint from a “neighbor” that we were parked in the park before the hours the park was open.  The officer said this person had received a parking ticket for parking there overnight and didn’t like that we were now parking there.  Beaker (our ring leader) described our underworld organization to the officer. The officer was apologetic but was obligated to follow up.  He asked us not to park there but offered that we could seek permission from Boro Council so we would not become repeat offenders. We thank him for his understanding approach and continued our workout.

Mossey to back to the NE corner of park (.25m) with Butt Kickers, High Knees, Side Shuffle, touch ground left/right

Merkins up the steps (one Merkin per step), then 10set of Carolina Dry Docks

Indian Run back to the starting point (SW corner .25m)

Ended with a 10set of Bonnie Blairs


Two rounds of Dealers Choice = American Hammers, 6 inches, Freddie Mercury, LBC’s with twist, WWIs, Scissors, Side Plank for 5 count each both sides, Plank for 10 count each
