Only two for the second indoor workout.

Warm-up:  OYO -trunk rolls, neck rolls, and hamstring stretch. IC – SSH, Abe Vigodas, side lunge, grass pickers, imperial walkers, Merkins, Peter Parkers, mountain climbers, calf stretch. Alligator crawl to The Thang.

The Thang: One partner on the weights while the other partner jumps rope or holds low plank.  Weight exercises: reps of 20, curls, skull crushers, chest flys, chest press, back rows, military press, and squats.

Followed by jump rope race across gym.  Followed by game of “Catch Me if You Can.” Round 1: Partner A does crab walk while partner B does 10 crab cakes and then sprints to catch partner A.  Flapjack back across gym. Round 2: Partner A does bear crawl while B does 10 Merkins and then sprints to catch Partner A.  Flapjack and return across gym.
