Take Control of Your Environment

What do you think is harder? Q ing a workout in the rain or writing the BackBlast? Today was no exception to the negative self-talk that can so easily entangle us. I was happy to put on the shirt today that reminded me, if it’s not written in a backblast it didn’t happen. Thinking I might be the Q this morning and have to come up with workout on the fly and write the BB. The good news is it’s raining and my post surgery knee is feeling great, but no sense pushing it too hard with running. Bring on an intense 0.0 for the PAX!!!
