Five posted for a Swamp safari around the park hosted by guide Neon with several surprise beat downs.
Warm-o-rama:
mosey; grass pickers, abe vagodas, sshs, merkins, mt climbers
The Thang:
The workout consisted of a meandering and constant jog, plagued with high rep exercises. Knees were happy as there were no squats but guts were groaning around the park. The PAX racked up 2.5 miles on their trek.
