Alligator crawl to The Thang.

The Thang: Partner exercise.  Partner A does full court suicide.  While Partner A is running, Partner B does an exercise with weights until partner returns. Flapjack and repeat.  Weights exercises included curls, military presses, chest flys, back flys, back rows, skull crushers, and donkey kicks.  Break and then a burpee was added during suicides at each cone.  Followed by two minutes of jump rope.

Suicide race.  10 Merkins at first cone, 20 LBC’s at second, 30 squats at third cone.  Winner selected the next exercise, and Amnesia won.  He lead us in a full-court , basket-to-basket, RUN AND TOUCH EACH BACKBOARD OR RIM, with a 15 pound weight in one hand.

Mary: Dealer’s choice included: flutter kicks, low plank, back blank, side plank, X-ups, crunchy frogs, and Freddie Mercuries.
