SS hops in cadence ,     imperial walkers in cadence ,   lunges OYO 10 each leg

10 murkins in cadence ,    monkey humpers in cadence ,   streching OYO for 40 seconds

mountain limbers 15 in cadence

LBCs 15 in cadence .

The THANG!!!

Bear crawls 10 yards with assending Burpees. Total of 28 Burpees

Mosey to the pavilion. Partnered up for pull ups and decline push-ups, dips, LBCs, and  Carolina dry docks .

one man did the workout while the partner did pull ups. Flapjack until all the excercises.

Mosey to the other side of the field for the cone ladder workout. 4 cones lined up one every 40 yards. First cone was 5, second 10, third 15, and fourth 20 count excersises. ( dealers choice at every cone) started with 5 ended with 20 then counted down 20, 15, 10 etc… sprinting to the next cone after each excessive. Rinsed and repeated 3 times.
