Running Hot in the Cold

Eleven of us posted early on the edge of freezing temperatures.

The disclaimer was given and we moseyed to the football field by the high school where the coupons were waiting.

The exercise medley was as follows:

  • 50 yard bear crawl, side straddle hops, a run back to the end zone where we did goblet squats with the coupons, overhead presses with the coupons and then flutter kicks.
  • 50 yard partner wheelbarrow, SSHs, a run back to the end zone where we did squat presses with the coupons, curls with the coupons and then flutter kicks.
  • 50 yard carioca, 25 star jumps, a run back to the end zone where we did derkins on the coupons, incline merkins and then flutter kicks.
  • 25 yard high knees, 25 yards butt kickers, SSHs, a run back to the end zone where we grabbed the coupons to do kettle bells, side to side over head presses and flutter kicks.

We ran back to the flag for a team dora of alternating pull ups and dips.

After that fun, we had 6 Minutes of Mary & the CoT.

Everyone worked hard and go a little bit better.

It was a great way to start the weekend.
