Our Tuesday-morning trial workout at the Grill continues to draw a subset of the Hamburg PAX and appears to be thriving.  No specific Q was assigned. YHC had a general workout plan in mind.

Wama-a-rama: mosey to end of street for Arm Circles, Huggy Bears, Abe Vigoda, Imperial Walkers, Best Stretch Ever, Mountain Climbers, and Calf Stretch.

Mosey to the playground.

The Thang:

Pullups, mosey to baseball dugout for Merkins, mosey to pavilion by parking lot for Abs, and then back to the playground for a 1/4 mile lap around the park.

Lap 1: 10 Pullups, 15 Derkins (IC), 15 In/Out (IC)

Lap 2: 10 Pullups, 15 Irkins (IC), 15 Reverse Crunches (IC)

Lap 3: 10 Pullups, 15 Merkins (IC), 15 Flutter Kicks (IC)

Lap 4: 10 Pullups with partner assistance, Staggered Merkins (10 each arm)

Mosey back to pavilion for 6 MOM: Dealer’s Choice — LBC, 6 Inches, WWI, Windshield Wipers

COT: Prayers for Wichita’s M and family, prayers for continued healing for Ditto’s M.
