Warm up:    Mosey to the end of the driveway.

5. Murkins, 6. Mountain climbers.

The “THANG”:  Mosey to the pavilion by the football field.

10 count dips on the bench ( each pax for a total of 40),  followed by dirkins, leg lifts

Each pax did a 30 yard bear crawl to the orange cone in the parking lot. One we reached the cone we did 10 murkins then joked to the other end. Rinsed and repeated.

Moseyed to the upper parking lot. Started on one end, did high knees to the other end did 30 murkins, sprinted back. Repeated with butt kickers and 25 crab cakes, sprinted back, skips/ 50 squats , karaoke/ 15 mountain climbers,  side shuffle right/ 25 lunges,  side shuffle left/ 30 monkey humpers, sprint/ 10 Burpees,

Jog/ 15 Carolina dry docks. All followed with sprinting back to the starting point.
