Modified Merkin Mile Duo


Conditions: Mid-50s, light rain

YHC (aka Dave) just did a workout Saturday with Pork Chop (aka Dave) and this morning with Pocahontas (aka Dave); good thing we have F3 names…

Due to some light rain we opted to start off in the band stand.

Warm-a-rama: Neck Rolls, Arm Circles Trunk Rolls, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Best Stretch Ever, Calf Stretch, Plank Jacks

The Thang:

  • BLIMPs (5 Burp/10 Lunge/15 Imp Walk/20 Merk/25 Plank Jack/30 Squat)
  • Merkin Mile – run lap around the entire park and stop at each corner or intersection to do 10 Merkins; finish up at the play ground.
  • 15 Dips (IC)
  • 10 Jump Ups
  • 10 Tucks
  • 10 Pullups
