~1/4 mile mosey over to Flippers Club (local basketball / playground park!)

The Thang
Partnered exercise and move
100 dips + lunge walk
200 mountain climbers + bear crawl
300 SSH + grapevine x2

Count off to find out how many suicides one of us is running, and it’s 13!
(we need a name for this, Tom Brady? Edelman’s?)

All 13 PAX line up and run a suicide. First man back gets to pick a fellow PAX who is done running. Continue the next round with 12 running until we get down to one, congrats to NotThis for completing all 13 suicides! But once you were done running, you were to switch to sets of 5 burpees, 10 merkins, and 15 LBC’s, which led some to question which was the worse of the two exercises.
