Groundhogs Day

What sounds better at 0530 in the morning? Bill Murray doing the Dab or  1.5 mile run, 100 Burpees, 40 push-ups, 40 Squats, and 40 sit-ups.  Regardless this workout will leave you feeling like it’s Groundhogs Day.

The Thang

Bill Murray

Same as Sheldon Cooper, but instead of decreasing reps after each run, you do 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 BBSU, and 10 burpees each time. After the 3rd or 4th round, one of the PAX said he felt like he was in ‘Groundhog Day.’ That is what led us to Bill Murray for the name.

The Dab

10 burpees per minute for 5 minutes, run 1/4 mile, rinse and repeat x 4.

CoT – prayers for Beaker who’s heading to a men’s weekend with his church and knows he’s rooming with a guy who just lost his 18 month hold child to a tragic accident.  More prayers for our brothers at Mack Truck, may resolution end swiftly and all those suffering may they get closer to God through the trial.  Prayers for Mr. Brady, so that he can get someone to scratch his back from now on 🙂
