Warm up

3 laps around the parking lot ( jogging the length and sprinting the width., ran to the end of the parking lot and Bear crawled to the flagpole.

SS Hops,  Abe Vagotas,  grass pickers,  murkins,  mountain climbers, LBCs,  all in cadence. Arm circles forward and backwards OYO ten count… mosey to the runway by the back street.

The Thang

Partnered up. First partner did an exercise while the other partner ran 50 yards and returned ( Flapjacked)

Started with Burpees, Carolina Dry docks, an Ab workout of choice, squats. Each exercise increased in number making each pax run longer. Moseyed to the flagpole, workout was taken over by Uptown Girl

They went over to jungle gym. P1 did 10 pull ups while p1 did 10 burpees. Then we did last man hanging. Everyone up and hangs with goal of being last guy to drop. Cougar took the trophy at 1 min 45 seconds.

 

Finished with countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust. Named new FNG. Welcome Dr. J
