The title of this workout is named because of how I felt. It was cold and early after a long night.

warm up

SS hops, Abe Vagotas, grass pickers, arm circles  imperial Walkers in cadence .

The Thang

Moseyed for 2.7 miles , stopped at the gazebo for 10 count dips by each pax followed by a dealers choice exercise by each pax after. Moseyed to the playground for 10 pull-ups and 20 murkins each. 2 rounds.

Mosey to the other side of the park to the shovel flag for 10 Burpees OYO then 6 minutes of Mary.

End d with Countarama, NameOrama and Circle of trust.
