Apollo and Beaker were the only PAX to post the Grill for a failure workout.  The rest of the PAX got a head start and failed to show up.

The Thang: Failure

  • Pull-ups to failure
  • Run lap half-way around field
  • Diamond Merkins to failure
  • Continue lap around field to band shell
  • Big Boy Sit-ups to failure

So, what does one do when experiencing failure?  Pick yourself up and try again…

  • Return to playground; repeat 3 times – Pull-ups, Merkins: Ranger, Wide, and Regular; Abs: Leg Raises, Knee Pull-ins, and Dolly

Mosey to pavilion to do 20 Step-ups each leg and Dips to failure

Lunge walk 1/2 way to band shell

20 Crab Cakes

10 Donkey Kicks

Mary: half-superman and Freddie Mercuries
