Oct. 1, cool and dry.  Perfect weather.

Warm-up:  reaching and bending.  Neck rolls, truck rolls, abe vigodas, grass pickers, side lunge, monkey humpers (by request), shoulder taps, Merkins, calf stretch Peter Parkers.  Mosey to south entrance.

Movement #1: Punching bag.  Each man got one minute to unload on the heavy bag. While each PAX took a turn punching, the other PAX completed a minute of ab exercises.  Ab exercises included: crunchy frogs, six inches, windshield wipers, LBCs, air snow angels, crab cakes, and flutter kicks.  Exercise included padded squares for ab work and Rocky music in the background.

Movement #2: Catch Me If You Can.  It’s a simple game. One PAX starts bear crawling across the parking lot while his partner does ten Merkins and then chases him.  When he catches him they switch roles and chase each other back towards starting point.  Second round-patner one did 20 crab cakes while his partner crab walked across parking lot.  Followed by mosey to coupons station.

Movement #3: Cement block workout.  Exercise #1, 20 overhead presses, #2, 20 curls, #3, 20 hops over block, #4, 5 man makers.  Mosey to pull-up station.

Movement#4:  Each PAX completed 3 sets of 3 pull-ups.  SSH between each set.  Mosey to front entrance.

Movement #5: 20 Derkins on the front steps or with feet on the railing surrounding the front porch of the church.  Mosey to street sign for 20 dips.  Indian run back to shovel flag.
