The Thang: 3 Rounds of  20 rep. ALARMs.  Arms – shoulder taps, BTTW, crab walk.  Legs – squats, one-footed line hops, Bonnie Blairs.  Abs – flutter kicks, crab cakes, crunchy frogs. Run – 2 Parloffs, butt kickers and high knees interval sprints, Indian run.  Each round finished with 20 Merkins.

COT: COR, NOR, BOM -prayer requests for a new job for Mani’s wife, adjustments for kids in new school year.
